I only jumped on the social bookmarking train a few days ago by joining twitter.
I?m very interested in this kind of marketing,there are tons of programs to make money and it?s very easy.

1) It will increase search ranking of my site ?
2) Only users on these sites can access submitted posts or stuff on social bookmarking sites ?
3) Any idea how much traffic can i get from those ?

social bookmarking sites are frequently visited by Google bots. by submitting all ur links, u will get ur content indexed very fast and also receive sum addititonal traffic. also all these social bookmarking sites are high PR domains, that in some way will pass on sum linkjuice to ur bookmarks.

Thanks for the list but unfortunately most of them are nofollow now. We cannot get any SEO value from those sites now. If you are good in SMO, this list is fine.
