    Where to put keywords and keyphrases?

    * On the page title between <title></title>
    * inbound text links
    * headers - one <H1> tag per page
    * subheaders - use <H2> or <H3> tags to break up the page copy throughout the page.
    * In the actual body of the site
    * In the meta description tags.
    * navigation links when possible
    * outbound links when possible

    In the body:

    Get your keywords in early in your body text. Your first paragraph after your heading tags should have your primary keyphrase appear at least twice.
    If you are using a graphic, be sure to use the alt attribute on the images.
    Use italic and bold once or twice on your keywords as long as it doesn't make the site look strange.

    What about the keyword density?
    I think it's best to have it between 1,5% and 15%
