Site Accounts Niche
One niche that is completely untapped at the moment is what I'm calling “site accounts.” This could actually become a very large legitimate site – it's one I've been considering opening myself so I was fighting with myself whether to release this niche yet – so listen up.
What I mean by “site accounts” is any number of sites out there that have “premium” accounts which cost money, similar to CPALeadHelp.com in fact. Lots of websites, from imdb.com to porn sites, offer a normal free version of the site, as well as a premium/paid version with more perks. These perks range from useless attributes like “VIP” beside one's name in a forum, to more useful things such as access to areas with useful information (such as BlackHatWorld.com's “Jr VIP” section).
Setting up the Site
The most obvious way to set up the site would be as a CMS with a “points system” hooked into CPALead's ASD/Currency Widget. You would put into your store several account options at other sites (you could even have a little “site suggestions” forum where people post a site they want to get a membership to), then as people do the surveys using the ASD they earn points that they then trade in for site accounts/upgrades.
Not only is this a highly profitable niche for you – you can set the “price” to whatever the market is able to bear – but it's also very very highly sought after, because a lot of people either a) don't want to pay the money for premium site memberships, or b) can't pay the money for some reason (age, country origin, etc.).
Marketing the Site
The easiest way to market this is going to be on forums. I know people hate posting on forums, but something like this – if it's legitimate and actually does end up giving people free accounts – can take off like wildfire and would be welcome on many forums that I know of.
Try to think outside the box when considering sites that people want premium accounts to: don't do just the obvious ones like Rapidshare and Megaupload, but think of other areas that have demand but perhaps not as much competition (such as imdb.com and their “gold” accounts).
Closing Thoughts
If you do enough traffic, there are obvious opportunities to get better deals on certain site memberships that you then resell to your site visitors at the normal rate, thus raising your profit margin.
